Privacy Policy

Vren LLC operates Ora. For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or privacy questions, contact info@vrensolutions.com. Our Delaware registered agent for legal process is Harvard Business Services, Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States; use email for privacy requests.

Information you provide

Your optional profile details, photo, goals, tasks, milestones, notes, ideas, schedules, completion history, timers, preferences, and agreement record are stored locally. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Your device supplies its local time and timezone. Files you choose to import are processed on your device. Photo selection accesses only the image you choose.

Purpose and recipients

We use information to provide the planner, save preferences, calculate progress, respond to support requests, and protect the service. The web host receives ordinary connection information such as IP address and browser/network request metadata. Apple handles TestFlight/App Store delivery and any permitted diagnostics under its own policies. We have not added advertising, data-broker, or cross-app tracking SDKs. We do not sell planner information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not operate a central database of your local planner.

Optional cloud connections

Cloud sync is optional. Review the app’s cloud privacy controls before connecting. When connected, planner content, profile details and preferences sync by default, including new items. Manage exclusions in Settings → Sync before connecting. Excluded item content stays on devices; exclusion identifiers sync to apply your rules. Live health readings and provider credentials are not part of the planner sync. Provider sign-in is handled by the provider; Ora does not ask for your provider password. Apple receives cloud-shared content and authentication/connection information when iCloud is connected. Other listed providers are unavailable until configured; listing a provider does not mean it is connected. Cloud content is not shared publicly by Ora.

Health and financial integrations

Apple Health, Oura, and Monarch are optional and may be unavailable in this build. Apple Health access, when enabled, is requested separately and limited to the permissions you grant. Health readings stay on the device and are not included in planner cloud sync. Ora does not write Health data. Revoke Health access in Apple’s Health/Settings controls. Financial, health, and weather examples do not represent live connected data. Do not use Ora as a clinical or financial record system.

Retention and deletion

Local planner data remains until you delete it, clear browser storage, or uninstall the app. Recovery copies may contain older or deleted items; use Clear recovery copies to remove them. Cloud sync keeps the current shared snapshot; deletion of older snapshots can fail and requires a retry or provider-level removal. Earlier app versions may have left cloud snapshots. To erase all Ora cloud data, use iCloud storage management and delete Ora’s app data, after disconnecting all devices. Deleting local data alone does not delete cloud data, exported files, provider backups, or copies on another device. Support correspondence is retained only while needed to resolve the request and for applicable legal/security obligations; ask us to delete it. Do not send sensitive planner contents in support emails unless necessary.

Your choices

Export and import are available locally. You can edit or delete individual items, disconnect providers, clear recovery copies, and erase local planner data. Use provider controls for provider-held copies. We may need reasonable verification before responding to privacy requests, but will not ask for passwords. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional access, correction, deletion, portability, appeal, and non-discrimination rights. Email us to exercise them. We do not condition use on consent to optional integrations. We do not use advertising cookies; browser storage is used for app operation and requested connections.

Security, children, and changes

We use platform access controls and encrypted transport where data is transmitted. No system is guaranteed secure. Protect your device and exported files. This beta is restricted to US adults 18+ and is not intended for children; contact us if a child has provided information. We will update this policy when practices change and provide additional notice or consent when required.

Public website

This informational website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes network request information to deliver and protect the site. We have not added analytics scripts, advertising, cookies, account forms, or planner storage to this website. Contacting us by email shares the information you choose to send with Vren LLC and its email service provider. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or health records.
